Hi Uncle!! Love the site! Easy to navigate and enjoyable to read. I especially love the picture of my Dad!
It’s an awesome photo of brother Dick, your Dad. I was born a few years after the scene in the pic. Brother Jerry texted it to me a few days before he passed. He wanted to make sure I had it. We don’t have many from that era.
That’s great he was able to get it to you! In the months before he passed, he sent me quite a few things he had acquired from my dad over the years. I very much appreciated that! I might have a few pics from way back when. If I run across any, I will be sure to text them to you.
Jerry was excited about my resurrection as a performing musician. He came to several performances of the Undulations a few year’s back and loved the postmodern swing, especially Ziggy’s harp. He listened to my SoundCloud recordings this past year and gave me feedback regularly as I built up my performance repertoire, and he encouraged me to keep on keeping on. I wish I could call him and tell him about the progress of Euphemisms Prism. He would be tickled by the note Michelle and Dante put in my tip jar. Check out the Magic in the Moment post.
